Price does not include a $50.00 set up fee, a $150.00 cleaning fee and a 6% tax. (Guest may waive the $50.00 set up fee by setting the room themselves.) Price does include all tables and chairs needed for inside the conference center. Can request the use of round tables or rectangular tables, or both. Renting of the conference center allows you access from 8:00am – 11:00pm A special request to adjust these times can be approved by event coordinator.
